Art Director fashion & editorial - Content Studio, H&M

We are looking for

We are now looking for an Art Director who has a background within fashion and editorial to H&M Content Studio. You will be part of a 6-month project with start in June. The role will include digital creation for both webb and mobile. Responsibilities and tasks

As an Art Director you will be responsible of the editorial content. You will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by conceptualize ideas for the site. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the creative vision and the editorial content for the site, ensuring alignment with overall brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Conceptualize ideas for the site, in close co-operation with the rest of the team.
  • Producing online campaigns and activities.
  • Develop the updated site experience with an editorial approach.
  • Secure that everyone follows the brand book of H&M.
  • Secure that the creative ideas is approved from a legal perspective.
  • Co-operating with internal and external parties.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize online activities, improve engagement and drive conversion.


In order to be a successful Art Director at H&M we believe you have:

  • 5-10 years of proven success as an Art Director.
  • Experience from Fashion Magazines and editorial content.
  • Experience within the fashion industry.
  • Proven ability to successfully execute on creative concepts.
  • Solutions based approach and strong leadership skills.
  • Experienced and confident with a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proficiency in well-known creative development software; InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects and Figma.
  • Good knowledge of the media landscape, tech and trends.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish.
