Content Planner - Brand Marketing, H&M

We are looking for

A Content Planner to join our H&M Brand Marketing team. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of content creation, audience targeting, and performance analysis. Responsibilities and tasks

The Content Planner will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing our content strategy to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all paid and organic social media channels.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for translating marketing activations throughout the full-funnel into a content calendar for organic and paid social media channels, to secure an optimal content mix across all touchpoints for the target audience.
  • Align planning together with Marketing Planning.
  • Plan marketing activities on seasonal and weekly level. Keep the plan up to date so that all Global + Regional teams know what is happening, when.
  • Set a content calendar that secures key fashion moments on own channels, and creates space for reactivity.
  • Solid understanding of your channels, global markets, competitor context and target audience. Connecting this insight to an activation plan and content framework.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Monitor and report on content effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

In order to be a successful Content Planner we believe you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar roles or valuable experience.
  • Proven experience in content planning and strategy.
  • Experience within Social media or agency creative planning.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English
