Responsibilities and tasks

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be the driving force behind Björn Axén's E-Commerce growth. In addition to working closely with the marketing and sales teams, your role will be crucial in developing insightful reports and actionable recommendations based on target audience analysis for both existing and new markets. You stay up to date with industry trends and developments in e-commerce platforms, have a solid understanding of automation, marketing, and CRM, and can evaluate and report on outcomes, while providing recommendations for expansion into new markets.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive the commercial performance of Björn Axén's E-commerce, with a specific focus on selected priority markets, by serving as the channel expert.
  • Enhance channel performance through business insights and analysis.
  • Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to support the development of Björn Axén's E-commerce.
  • Ability to interpret data to suggest adjustments for future marketing projects.
  • Take ownership of their global homepage, overseeing content and campaigns.
  • Optimize the customer journey and drive business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to develop the go-to-market strategy and plan.
  • Present and share recommendations.
  • Contribute with marketplace platforms know-how to be a knowledgeable counterpart

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce growth within the retail or lifestyle sectors, along with expertise in digital marketing and a solid understanding of global market dynamics. Strong CRM and customer journey skills are preferred, as is a data-driven approach with experience in analytics tools. Proficiency in project management and e-commerce platforms like Shopify is essential. We seek a driven, ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who is adaptable, innovative, and passionate about their work. Commitment, collaboration, and engagement are key.

Key qualifications:

  • Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role for a multinational online retailer, preferably within lifestyle and FMCG, B2C.
  • Experience in a global marketing department and/or advertising agency.
  • Strong experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mentality with a strong drive to accomplish tasks independently.
  • Curious mindset - stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement, and tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
