We’re looking for a senior Art Director to join the Marketing and Communications team at J.Lindeberg HQ in Stockholm. You’ll play a vital role in J.Lindeberg’s exciting journey to become the most desirable fashion and sportswear brand. The role is full-time, and you’ll report to Head of Marketing & Communications.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Develop and ensure a strong, cohesive and inspiring brand expression through all our communication channels, based on direction set by Head of Design.
  • Have the overview and be the gate keeper of our visual expression, including development of visual toolbox, visual identity, guidelines etc.
  • Work closely with our internal creative team and external agencies to conceptualize and create innovative, engaging and brand-right content and communication for all our channels and platforms.
  • Participate in briefing, development and feedback processes with external agencies regarding campaign shoots and content productions.
  • Develop our content strategy and plan relevant content for all funnels and channels.
  • Develop and work closely with our inhouse content and graphic design team.
  • Conduct trend research and analysis and present it to internal teams.
  • Be proactive, take ownership and produce sketches, mock ups, storyboards etc. – to visualize and sell in your ideas in inspiring presentations.
  • Participate in the Marketing & Communication’s steering group with Senior Managers.
  • Setting direction for content for wholesale selling-in purpose, productions for sales conferences etc. – ensuring inspiring selling-in tools for different collections, capsules, materials etc.


  • 8+ years of experience as an Art Director or Visual/Design Lead, including 5+ years from leading/coaching a design team at a lifestyle or fashion brand.
  • A personal portfolio showcasing concept development for an omni channel experience, including art direction, graphic design, and content for different funnels for premium fashion or sports brands.
  • Adobe Suite, Keynote and PowerPoint.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and sports apparel.
  • Flexible mindset, able to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term priorities.
  • Strong collaborations skills – enjoying working cross-functional.
  • Strong presentational skills – and the ability to create inspiring keynotes.
  • Fluent in written and verbal Swedish and English.
