ONLINE CONTENT PUBLISHER - & OTHER STORIES

We are looking for

An Online Content Publisher for & Other Stories e-com department. You are responsible for publishing and optimizing content on stories.com's EU and US marketplace sites to create an inspiring customer experience and drive sales. The role involves working in digital systems, analyzing customer behavior and collaborating closely with other e-com functions. You need to be structured, fast, solution-oriented and have a strong interest in e-commerce and digital communication.

This is a consulting assignment starting asap in March and until end of August, full-time at the office in central Stockholm.

Responsibilities and tasks

Ensure a great customer experience and brand presentation by administrating and publishing content on the stories.com EU and US market sites according to site plan and customer demand. Maximize sales and profitability, short & long term. Know your customer, give the customers what they want, where they want it and secure relevant customer experience.

  • You are responsible for administration and publishing content on the stories.com EU and US market sites according to site plan and customer demand
  • You will make sure the online store is updated with the right editorial content at the right time, working closely with our Site manager and E-com Visual Merchandiser
  • Analyze local market behavior and adjust site planning based on your findings
  • Develop ways of working by finding the best methods within online content and publishing process, together with our Site Manager and our E-com Visual Merchandiser
  • Always secure a great customer experience on stories.com
  • Work in a digital environment using supporting systems
  • You plan your work to meet deadlines and drive results

Qualifications

  • Communicating with different teams withing the company
  • Having the ability to organize and structure your work
  • Strong Entrepreneurial spirit who is comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Open minded to improve and find new and efficient ways of working
  • Solving any technical challenges that may occur
  • The capability of working in a high pace and paying attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in E-commerce
  • Working in a digital environment using one or several of the following supporting systems: Adobe Experience Management (AEM), Hybris, Google analytics, Content Square
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish.
