Copywriter - H&M

We are looking for

A creative and customer-focused Copywriter with a strong passion for fashion and storytelling. You have a deep understanding of tone of voice and know how to create engaging, relevant content across multiple digital channels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and enjoy collaborating with others to deliver impactful communication that strengthens the brand and drives customer engagement.

 This is a temporary assignment from end of May and 6 months ahead.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Develop copy for digital channels across fashion activities and campaigns, aligned with project plans, tone of voice, and brand direction
  • Create versatile, customer-focused content for hm.com (web and app), email, push notifications, and social media
  • Conduct research based on purpose, product, and target audience to generate strong copy ideas for each project
  • Adapt messaging across channels while maintaining consistency in tone and brand identity
  • Stay up to date on customer behaviour, trends, and communication best practices
  • Ensure all copy is legally compliant from a copyright perspective

Qualifications

  • +3 years of experience in English copywriting within fashion, lifestyle, or retail
  • Strong interest in fashion and current trends
  • Solid understanding of brand tone of voice and storytelling
  • Proven ability to create engaging, customer-centric content tailored for multiple channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
