Creative/Artworker - H&M

We are looking for

We’re looking for a Creative with an Artworker profile to strengthen our inhouse Digital Curation team, focusing on brand communication. In this role, you will be responsible for master’s & guidelines cross-media in all digital touchpoints and secure our brand identity in all content. You are contributing to the overall collaboration and communication with several stakeholders during the process to ensure the best possible end results. This is a temporary assignment from September 15 and until October 17.

Responsibilities and tasks

Your responsibilities and tasks are:

  • Developing, overseeing, and executing visual expressions, masters, and guidelines across various media and channels
  • Ensures final creative master is visually appealing and in line with H&M brand identity/DNA
  • Supports global versioning and fulfillment of communication solutions
  • Acts by example with a growth mindset & ability to drive a step-change in H&M digital-first and fashion-forward approach
  • Working closely with Art Directors as well as with Production managers, Production coordinators and Content Managers

H&M Brand Development is a global marketing function with the mission to build brand value that grows the business. We set and drive a holistic brand- and creative strategy and build an inspiring brand experience across all touchpoints and every interaction with consumers around the world. We create and steer brand building marketing. We set the frame and orchestrate the global marketing budget and brand calendar. We support the business with frameworks and tools to empower the regions and business units to grow our customer base.

Qualifications

  • Artworker: 3+ years of experience as an Art Worker or Creative Designer, preferably in the fashion or retail industry for digital mediums
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and familiarity with digital content creation tools
  • Strong visual and creative skills with ability to bring concepts to life in digital channels
  • Attention to detail and brand alignment, ensuring all creative assets are visually appealing and consistent with H&M’s brand identity
  • Utilizes innovative design tools and technologies to bring the latest visual trends into brand-aligned creative assets
  • Present your solutions and articulate your approach to teammates and other stake holders. Strong and effective communication and collaboration skills is required.

Other information

This is a temporary assignment from September 15 and until October 17. The role is based on-site at H&M headquarter centrally located office in Stockholm. We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis to find the right candidate as soon as possible.
