CREATIVE/FINAL ART - H&M CREATIVE PRODUCTION

We are looking for

We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Artworker / Final Art Specialist to join our inhouse production team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, production-ready artwork across digital, print, and motion – ensuring brand consistency and flawless execution across all touchpoints.

This is a temporary assignment from August 25 and until October 31. The role is based on-site at H&M headquarter centrally located office in Stockholm.

Responsibilities and tasks

As a Creative/ Final Art Specialist, you will be responsible for finalizing and producing high-quality artwork across digital, print, and various channels. You’ll create layouts for hm.com, prepare instore and window materials, crop and optimize images, adapt moving content, ensuring all assets are visually appealing and in line with H&M brand identity. You’ll be working closely with creative, marketing, and motion teams in a fast-paced environment.

Exampels of work you will do:

  • Finalize and produce master assets and guidelines for global marketing campaigns across digital, print, and motion platforms.
  • Adapt and optimize visuals for various formats and channels, including web, mobile, social media, in-store, window displays, and presentations.
  • Crop and prepare images for campaign and ecommerce use, maintaining brand standards.
  • Design and finalize layouts for hm.com (incl. Newletter) using Figma.
  • Create final artwork for Instore and Window materials using InDesign.
  • Collaborate with motion designers to adapt artwork for animated content and ensure alignment with static deliverables.
  • Ensure all final files are technically correct and production-ready (color profiles, dimensions, resolution, etc.).
  • Handle last-minute changes with accuracy and speed while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

We believe that you are driven, flexible and enjoy working in a team. You have the ability to manage multiple projects and know how to prioritize between tasks.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar production-focused artworking role, preferably within fashion, retail, or agency.
  • Confident working across digital, print, and motion assets.
  • Skilled in Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and comfortable collaborating with motion teams (experience with After Effects is a bonus, but not required).
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail, typography, alignment, and visual consistency.
  • Able to work efficiently in a high-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in final art across multiple formats and platforms is required.
