PRODUCTION MANAGER - H&M Move

We are looking for

We are now looking for a Production Manager for H&M MOVES global marketing department. This is an administrative role as Production Manager and you will work closely with the Project Manager responsible. This is a temporary assignment with start immediately in and until mid-September, on-site at H&M headquarters in Stockholm.

Responsibilities and tasks

As Production Manager within the Marketing & Comms team you are accountable for bringing the project to life through building the time plan, and ensuring deliverables through all phases of the project.  Manage production of deliverables, to ensure on time and on brief-work  closely with Project Manager.

• Break down project brief and build a clear and actionable time plan for each deliverable   
• Communicate to ensure team and suppliers are aligned on time plan and deliverables 
• Manage production of deliverables to ensure on time, on budget and on brief delivery 
• Brief internal team members on assignments and deliverables 
• Collaborate with team to ensure objectives are realized  
• Challenge the status quo to ensure optimized productions and cost consciousness 
• Clear and timely handover of project deliverables to production hub or other recipients 

Qualifications

In order to be a successful Production Manager at H&M Move we believe you have:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Production Manager from a Marketing- or Inhouse department 
• It’s a plus if you have experience within retail, or from the fashion industry.
• Experienced in digital channels.
• Great communication and team collaboration skills.
• A solution-oriented and service-minded mindset.
• Organizing skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral skills in English and Swedish.
