Social Media Creative Lead - & Other Stories
We are looking for
As a Social Media Creative Lead, you play a key role in driving and implementing the creative strategy for the brand’s presence across social media. You are responsible for the direction, creation, and adaptation of content, ensuring a consistent brand experience while maintaining relevance across each platform. The goal is to strengthen brand positioning and build an engaged community.
Working closely with the Chief Creative Officer and internal stakeholders, you ensure that all creative output aligns with the overarching brand vision, campaign briefs, and visual identity. The role involves maintaining clarity, cohesion, and quality across all social platforms, while continuously pushing and evolving creative boundaries.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Social media Creative Strategy: You develop the creative content for social media under the direction of the Chief Creative Officer and in collaboration with the Social Media Specialist.
- Content & Campaign Creation: You contribute to the development of briefs, creative ideas, and content production to ensure social activations feel relevant, fresh, and engaging. You create and adapt content, including art direction, graphic design, and video editing for social channels.
- Collaboration & Creative Output: You guide, coach, and work with the teams executing the social media creative strategy, both internally and externally. You ensure brand consistency and channel relevance across all social platforms.
- Conceptualization: You collaborate closely with the Social Media Specialist to translate data and insights into social-first content from idea to execution. You also work closely with in-house Art Directors and Copywriters to amplify campaigns on social media.
- Digital Trendspotting: You stay on top of emerging digital trends, platform shifts, and creator culture, and you actively bring forward ideas that can be applied to campaigns.
- Performance-Driven Thinking: You support the optimization of creative concepts by considering insights and data, ensuring ideas not only look good but also deliver measurable results.
Qualifications
- You have proven experience in similar roles within social media, with a digital-first creative mindset, preferably within the fashion and lifestyle industry.
- You have solid experience in Social Media Art Direction and Content Creation across multiple social channels.
- Fashion knowledge: You have a strong understanding of fashion and premium brands, with expertise in creating highly inspiring and relevant fashion content for a global audience and for a premium brand across social platforms.
- You have a strong ability to connect brand philosophy and strategy with creative concepts that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset: You are skilled in interpreting social trends, insights, and metrics to make informed creative decisions in line with brand direction and channel performance.
- You have a strong understanding of organic social, creator content, paid social, and the interplay between them.
- Expertise in the Adobe Suite, Premiere, After Effects, Keynote, social apps and design tools. Familiarity with innovative digital tools and AI for creative content production.
